CULTURE CURATION
Cultural curation allows us to design our legacy, by helping to discern what we like, want and live for. We are able to identify the intersections of culture and technology with social trends and their impact on attitudes, behavior, industry and people is a necessity as it helps to define who we are in a multitude of ways.
PROCESS DESIGN + MANAGEMENT
Specializing in creative startup’s systems and structures we work with stakeholders, at all levels, to gain a greater understanding and clarity regarding organizational debt. We analyze procedural efficiencies, where people meet processes, refine and create templates and guidebooks for new systems and create organic, scalable efficiencies.
IDEATION + INNOVATION
We take a human-centered, agile approach to opportunity identification, idea generation, concept development and evaluation that aligns with business strategy. Using predictive trend analysis and scenario planning, we dig into external trends, foretell impact and identify new opportunities—then validate whether it’s viable, desirable and feasible. We are present during all stages of the thought cycle; from innovation, to development, through to actualization.
CREATIVE LEADERSHIP + ORGANIZATION
Leadership is hard, leading creative teams is complex. We empower leaders and leadership teams to move beyond their challenges and cultivate collaborative and high functioning environments. We guide leaders in how to foster creative thinking, provide effective feedback and coaching to others, and design rituals that reinforce belief, behavior, and culture with engaged team members.
